On August 28 2011 i went to @home Clearwater Mall to ask them to order me a replacement part for my Breville Juicer (had bought the juicer a year earlier and the plastic cover including the chute where the fruit and veggies are placed had recently broken). I filled in a customer request form with a staff member so that a replacement part could be ordered. Not once since then has anyone from the store made the effort to contact me, I've had to make calls to keep updated. Last week the story was that they had delivered the part to the store at Eastgate. This week when i rang again, Kgomotso the store manager said that they had delivered the wrong part, she said that they had had phone trouble so couldn't phone me. I still have not heard from them and have left three voicemail messages with Adele at customer services at the @home headoffice. Still I hear nothing from them! |
