We are regular shoppers at @Home - we usually shop at the Gateway branch which is excellent. On 2 occasions we have shopped at the Pavilion branch and both times had terrible experiences. In fact, before the 2nd visit my wife said to me that we are going to regret shopping at this store - and we did. No one was able to assist us regarding our account and when we eventually just paid our account in full after not being able to settle our queries the assistant didn't have a pen for signing so after requesting a pen from the staff member at the gift registry station - with an attitude, he threw the pen pen across the shop floor which hit the counter and landed on the floor. The assistant phoned customer services to request a fax statement of our account and upon returning an hour or so later 2 different staff members shouted from the cashier desk to the back of the shop to ask if a fax had arrived - and obviously it hadn't. I will never shop at the Pavilion store again and I suggest no-one else does either - rather go to the Gateway branch for some decent service. |
