| My husband planned a very special surprise for me and bought a Coffee machine Breville Cafe Venezia 40180013497. What a huge mistake and utter embarrassment to him when I opened the coffee machine in front of our whole dinner party and it has clearly been used!!!! The water tank has very clear water level marks on it and the stainless steel cover is scratched on several places. The worst part is that the @home employee opened and checked the product and said its all good!!! I will not cancel my appointments and drive all the way back after receiving unexceptable service like this from a store that charges sky high prices but provide the lowest of low quality in service and product. Its is very clear that you do not care about delivering quality service but concentrate on selling in quantity regardless of what the condition of the product is. You WILL come and exchange this appliance at my house. I unfortunately do not have time to drive after you to fix your mistakes. And you will also compensate my husband for this huge embarrassment caused by @home | |||
