| When asking about the last picture frame serving tray in the shop with a defect and if i can buy it at a discount, i was told by the manager that they are not willing to sell me the defect at discount but that i should go to the menlyn branch for they have 6 of those trays in store. When i asked her if they can deliver it to the wonderboon junction shop she told me that it is going to cost the company R700 to deliver it from menlyn to wonderboom and that i should go there myself. When i went to the menlyn branch they told me they don't have any thing like that in stock and that wonderboom junction should have phoned them first before making claims of what is in there shop. The menlyn staff was very help full, but the time and money i spent going all the way to menlyn chasing something that was not there is quite a frustration, especially if you are the client and the lazy shop manager don't have the decency to take pride in her job and rather send the client all over town. | |||
