Poor Delivery Service

We brought a glass dining table from the Design Quarters Store at 6 of January and was told that it will be delivered on the 20th, the next day we realised we can not arrange for someone to accept the delivery on the 20th of January and went to the store and the sales person e-mailed the Cape Town Distribution Centre to rearrange for the 23rd Jan. On the 19th January we were contacted by a person from the Pretoria center that they will deliver on the 20th and I asked the delivery to be delayed to the 23rd and this was agreed up on but she did say it might not be confirmed, but on the morning of the 20th the delivery truck arrives at the front gate of our complex and my wife rushed from work to accept the delivery but by the time she got there the truck has left. I promptly called the store as well as complained on the website and was told by the store manager the delivery will be sorted out and on the 23rd someone called and said they will sort things out. However, 2 days later now , no one has contacted me to rearrange delivery and we have no idea when we will get our dining table
