For Christmas I received two Robert Welch knives, and as I planned to buy more of them in future I wanted to protect them, so I was very keen to produce the Signature Knife Block with Sharpener. I'm stil waiting for your website feedback... At the Willowbridge branch I was informed the knife block only comes with a set of knives at R3500, which I know is not the case. I enquired about any of the other branches maybe having stock, or a special order being placed and was rudely told that's not possible as the knife block only comes with knives. At your Cape Gate branch the lady at least checked the system, and found the Waterfront had one in stock. She phoned and booked it for me to collect, and I asked that she please confirm the sharpener is included. Living in the northern suburbs I made the trek to the Waterfront today, only to find that not only was the product damaged but the sharpener was in fact not included. Franklin from the Waterfront at least promised to enquire about a special order, let's hope he calls. Massive waste of my time and petrol, with no product in sight. |
