Morning, I have placed an order for a table with 2 chairs on the 26 November 2011 at @home in Design Quarter. The order should have taken 2 weeks to be delivered to the store, and delivery date is the 09 December 2011. When I followed up on the 09th they informed the order is not there and will be at the store the Wednesday the 14th Dec. I followed up again on the 14th and the order still had not arrived at the store and was informed them that they cannot get a driver to collect the order and stock cannot be sent to the store for collection (which they should have informed me when the order was placed). I was informed that I would have to go to Centurion and collect the order myself. This is unacceptable and service that I have received from this store is shocking, they do not return calls as promised and not keep to their commitments made. I am currently waiting for them to return my call once again, and provide me with the details to collect my order myself.
