Yesterday I went to the @Home store in the Bloemfontein waterfront to hand in my Breville ( for who they are the only suppliers) kettle for repairs. When I got to the store and tried to hand in my kettle I was informed that they were unable to assist me as they have not had spares to fix Breville Kettles and Toasters for the past 8 months. This is shocking!!! I will never buy any other appliances from the foschini group if this is the kind of inadequate service they provide. |

| Utterly Disgusted: No feedback or contact from @Home. So much for the lifetime guarantee offered. Surely this must be in contravention of the consumer protection act. | |||
