| I ordered 2 bedside tables and CD stand, @ home store 25th Dec 2011. I was tld CD rack was in stock and the Sidetables would have to be delivered from CT. I waited 45 mins for Rachelle while she went to get the CD rack. After 45minutes she went around the floor asking other staff what to do, while they laughed and played around and did not serve other customers. I then approached Rachelle and told her to deliver the CD stand with the side tables. Dec 2 Friday, Received a phn call, delivery would be on Mon 5th Dec. Monday 5th Dec, no delivery, no explanation. I contacted delivery people, they said it had been delivered requested Supervisor, Ellen. Her phn engaged,requested her to get back to me. Tuesday 6th went. Wedsday 7th, I phnd Ellen, she told me they would deliver before 1pm, they arrived 14h45 after I hadleft work during my Lunchtime for delivery. They arrived with only sidetables. I updated Ellen , she said she spoke with store and would get back to me. Weds & Thurs came n went no phn contact update nor delivery. Friday Sandton store manager phnd me on 9th Friday, they would deliver Monday 11th Come high water. Monday passed no phn call no delivery. Now what Lawyer letter ? | |||
