| HEADLINE | @Home's delivery process is pathetic |

| Ordered and paid for 6 chairs and a side table from @Home Design Quarter. Made a special arrangement for it to be delivered before 12:30 on the 13th of Dec. This was confirmed again when @Home phoned a week before the delivery date. On the day - no show. Spoke to Ntokoza and Janine in dispatch who promised it would be delivered the next day between 09:00 and 09:30 - made a special arrangement to be at the office to accept. Come 13:30 - no show. Phoned through again - Ntokoza no where to be found, and Janine who is clueless as to why it was not delivered at the time promised. | |||
