@home livingspace poor delivery service

Twice now I have bought furniture from @home livingspace the Glen and on both occasions my furniture was delivered several weeks late. After each delivery failure a new date is given, which they once again fail to meet. The managers do not seem to take any responsibility for the late deliveries. At this stage I'm highly frustrated and disappointed at the service I have received. I should have learnt my lesson the first time.
