A few months ago I posted that I was paying @home every month and my money was getting lost. After screaming, shouting and sending proof of payments to no less than 5 people - I was assured it was sorted out. Yesterday I get an sms that my last months payment is outstanding - and after calling them they now cant find any of my payments AGAIN!!! This level of incompetence is astounding!!! You cannot get hold of anyone in authority - or who knows what is going on in the least, there are no customer contact lines, twitter accounts or any of that sort. Even the people in the store have to call the customer call centre. You are ******* - and you have over R7000 worth of my money floating around your bank account, this is ***** and completely unacceptable. The last time I posted on hellopeter I didnt even get the courtesy of a response, you are a disgrace!!! I will be bombarding twitter and facebook with my message - in this day and age I WILL make your bank account hurt. FIND MY MONEY!!! |
