My sister and I went to the store on saturday 14th January 2011. We bought two bed sets but we each wanted to use our own cards to pay for the bed sets but to link the delivery it had to be on transaction. so when we first tried to pay my card went through but my sisters card was rejected by the store's system. so we asked the bank to reverse the transaction, which they did. We later returned to the store and both cards went through this second time around. But on Wednesday morning when we woke up we received sms bank notification that the store had been paid again for the same amount.This resulted in both our accounts being in a Negative balance. We contacted the bank and we were told the money was in the store's account, so the store had to reverse it. we alerted the store to this and provided bank statements. the store verified on their side that the money was indeed in their account. My sister and i are both dissatisfied with the service we have received as no one from the store has bothered to keep us in the loop and treated this AS A Priorioty. we constantly have to call them and see how far the process is which adds on to the financial burden of this whole thing |

I eventually got my money back. I still dnt understand how it takes office so long to transfer money back *internet banking anyone*. Anyway i still resolve to NEVER buy anything from @home again!! |
