I made an online purchase on 31st January. The web site says that they only ship once the money reflects in their account. Being with Std Bank, i figured the money would transfer immediately and they would ship it to the store that i requested for pickup. I get there this morning, 4 Feb. No product. Just shrugs from the staff at the store. I phoned the number that is on their web site for enquiries, but apparently the only person that works on a Saturday is the receptionist. I'm totally disappointed with Hirsch's. Fair enough if they have stock problems etc, but you can't track it online and no one bothers to update you once they have your money. Bad. |
