| Unisa is listed under companies that respond. I logged a complaint on the 15/02/2012,all I got was a lousy automated response until now. All of the complaints have that response. This institution should not be under companies that respond. Their services are pathetic | |||

Hello Bipsy, Many Companies Who Respond acknowledge reports as they're received, they then have a facility to Update their Response or they contact the customer directly. If you write a report about a Company Who Responds and you only receive a standard response and no other response from them, please use the Customer Feedback facility provided to let them know. If after that you still don't receive a further response please email admin@hellopeter.com so that we can investigate and take the necessary action. |
