| HEADLINE | Disgusting pools always have problems |

| Hawaiian Pools installed our pool a few years ago, about a year after the pool had been installed we started to notice that the marbilite was chipping away to the point that the concrete was showing through, discolouring in patches and the marbilite on the edges of the steps had worn away. Mike and Pat came to have a look and agreed to fix it. They came and drained the pool and fixed the patches. The guys then came and asked me to have a look and i said i wasn't happy so they said they would be back the next day. They arrived at nearly 4 o clock the next day and i was on my way out so i said they were going to have to come back.....i then heard nothing from them. I phoned, they didn't return my call, i then sent an email and i got a response saying that as I had refused to let their guys fill the pool they would not be coming back... I then phoned to discuss the fact that there had been a miss communication and Pat interrupted me and then slammed the phone down. They won't return my calls and obviously have no intention of finishing the Job. This situation has been handled very badly and their rudeness is unbelievable. | |||
