Waitresses rude and unhelpful

We went to Harries Pancakes on 3 December while on our holiday in Nelspruit. Drove specifically to Graskop to go and eat there. We ordered our drinks and food and my mom ordered a "homemade ginger beer". I still teased her when I had a small sip that this stuff will give you a headache. Never realising that something was indeed wrong with it. After my mom had about 1/2 of the glass she started feeling faint and said she thinks she is going to pass out. I asked the first waitress that walked past to please just bring me water quickly. Minutes passed, the waitress were serving another table and no sign of the water. Our waitress appeared and I asked her if we could just get some water for my mom. She asked loudly: "Why? What's wrong with her? Is she drunk?" I was furious. How can employees speak to patrons that way. When I complained at reception, I asked for the manager who wasnt there, but she said that the manager will call me and I left my number. Not that I expected a call. I paid the bill and they didnt charge me for the ginger beer - just asked: "Are you happy now? in a tone of voice that I didn't appreciate. Unfortunately I don't have the names of the waitress
