Apparently Nedbank has given permission for Hammond Pole to do legal action against my account. Nobody from Nedbank has even phoned me regarding my account. Someone from Hammond Pole phoned me (private number) and requested personal information from me. I refused because it's a private number and it cannot be proven that they are phoning from Hammond Pole. I asked them that i will send them an email on which they can reply and then i can confirm that they are from Hammond Pole. March 1st i send the email and up to today, haven't got a reply yet. Due to ***** on my accounts i am playing it rather safe than sorry. I received another threatening call today and again i ask them to reply to my email. Luckily i have prove of all my communication since the first email. I am trying my best to make cotact with them but they refuse to contact me in writing. It looks like there is a bit of communication or bad operational skills at the office. I do not accuse anyone but they need to up the client service.. |
