HEADLINE	Lawyers that takes your money and don't respond
I handed these lawyers a judgement rescission case to solve for me in the High court. Paid them on 15 08 2011 and handed them all documentation. The hearing was then set for 20th September 2011 in the High court. Then we waited and waited. but no news from the lawyers.(Emails from them everyday until I paid them. Then it was the last I heard from them) Eventually we managed to get through to someone by phoning them daily that told us that the case will now be heard on the 4th of October. Another lie. We kept phoning every day again and eventually was told the files got lost. They ******* up and didn't even bother to tell me. No effort was ever made to let us know of whats happening until I blew my gasket, then a girl once phoned back and said they are trying to locate the files. That's when I had enough and fired them. Then to get my money back eventually nearly ended up in a war. I am going to report them to the SA Legal council and ombudsman as they have caused me severe problems for not doing their job. Its now too late in the year to get another court date So people beware of dealing with these guys. Useless lawyers. Wont recommend them to anyone.
