Upon buying my house at an auction, these attorneys were handling the transfer. I informed them we need to complete the transfer within 1 month, instead of their suggested 3 months of which i would have to pay R20K in interest to the bank, and i didnt have that money. They never followed up on clearance figures for over a week, and i called COJ and received the figured within 1 hour. Same with the Sheriff, claimed to have sent the docs and never followed up because it wasnt their R20K at stake, Sheriff's office informed me they havent recieved any documents, so i was playing middle man with everyone they needed information from, even though they are paid substantial transfer fees. the transfer was done within two month due to my efforts. now I sent 3 emails to them requesting them to claim clearance money paid to COJ back as i had to pay rated for 3 months in advance, and now the city is billing me for the same period. The city advised only the attorneys can lodge the claim, but Maryna refuses to respond to my message and emails. Hammondpole doesnt care about the customer, because we not at liberty to choose attorneys when we buy property. She was even rude in some instances |
