Without Prejudice: Once again despite my attempts at trying to obtain a formal and professional response from Hammond Pole Attorneys, I have not since my last complaint dated 13 July 2011 received any. Ms. Mona Lisa Maasdorp, an employee of this company has not been forthcoming in my request for information, but has been quite assertive in her advising me that I face legal action, judgements, the attaching of property etc..if I do not make an attempt to resolve this account. She has also stated that if I require information on this account I should go to my bank and ask for it. They are quite happy to sue and take money off people, but not happy to professionally assist clients. This account has prescribed unless proven otherwise. I expect a reply from this attorney in a prompt and professional manner advising of the immediate closing of this file, unless they can present me with legal documentation proving otherwise. I will not be threatened in this unprofessional manner, there are procedures to be followed as prescribed by the Act and regulated by the Ombudsman. |
