I posted on Hello Peter not only a day ago regarding a request that I had for a missing bracelet. By the next day I had received a response from Carlos and he directed me towards the correct person "Jean". Within minutes I had received a call and Jean had located an exact match to my missing bracelet which I had tried months to locate and on the same day I was able to collect straight from the Guess Offices at no cost. Not only has my faith been restored in Guess and their products, but this is exceptional service and the response time was phenomenal. Thank you for all the help, I greatly appreciate it and my loyalty will remain with Guess. #Amazing |
