I have always been a guess fan and I buy a lot of guess clothing and I have always been happy with the quality from jeans to handbags and watches they offer. recently I think a month ago if not November I got two t-shirts as a gift from a friend one is navy with Gold writing and the other one is white with Gold writings as well I haven't used them and when I did I washed the white one and the gold writings came off and its brown now. I called the guess store in Gateway Durban to find out what I can do or where can I go to get assistance and I spoke to some guy who said they called him MR TEE who said he cannot assist unless I have till slip. I mean really now, I dnt keep till slips when shopping and to top it all off it was a gift s where do I go to be assisted |

Hello Mthe_Nol, Dear Nolwazi, I apologise for this experience. This does sound like a manufacturing fault, and we would like to assist where we can. We have the retail licence, and if there is a manufacturing problem with a garment, we also need to return it to the supplier. The consumer protection act stipulates that a proof of purchase must be presented, in order for a credit to be passed. So please can you request from your friend the proof of purchase, so we can process this for you. A date will also suffice if it corresponds with our systems.
