| We bought 3 Guess handbags . Two at Menlyn Pretoria in June 2011 and one at Canalwalk September 2010. One of the Bags bought in Menlyn has several stitching coming loose, plus the strap is broken and although I do use it, it is quite embarrasing. The other bag bought at Canalwalk, the sling is also broken and cannot be used at all. I tried to find a place to repair them for me but nobody is prepared to do it. I am most upset as all three bags were very expensive and although Guess Menlyn promised to find out and get back to me what could be done, it is 4 months down the line and no reply.
