| My husband purchased a Guess handbag and matching purse for me for Christmas (2010). The rubber trim has pealed off of most of the handle and the gold detail on the purse has started to rub off showing the metal underneath. This is now my 4th bag from Guess and I am extremely disappointed in the brand. One would expect better considering how expensive the items are. | |||

Hello karen1971, Hi Karen, I apologise for this poor experience. This hellopeter account has been created to deal with Guess retail stores specifically. However the procedure is standard for all retailers. All our product has a 6 month warranty, as stipulated by the consumer protection act. Please can you take your bag through to the place that you purchased it, and ask them to quality assess it, please take your proof of purchase. Maybe it is a manufacturing fault and they retailer is prepared to accept it as a return. Unfortunately it does not sound like a manufacturing fault as it has taken 10 months for this to occur, it sounds like wear and tear. But do take it back to get it assessed. Regards Carlos |
