Poor Customer Service

Good Day

I recently bought a Guess Wallet to the value of R550 @ the Guess shop in Canal Walk. The wallet studs on the wallet began to tarnish after only one month & fabric inside looks terrible not the moneys worth,hence, I called the store today(26th Dec 2011) & informed them. The lady who answered the phone weren't very eager to assist. She asked me to bring the wallet to the store for checking. I took the waller back the same day 26th Dec e 2011. I came @ the store & ask for the lady who answered the phone,which happened to be the store manager who gave me such ppor service. She didn't even apologize for my inconvenience & said that she's not able to make a decision about the wallet. I then had to leave my name & cell number for her to phone me back after she had spoken to the area manager of the that store. I had no peace of mind when leaving the store. Will this matter be resolved? Will I receive a new wallet? Could the area manger of this store please contact me vua email or cell? Very unhappy customer.
