Missing Bracelet / Trying to Locate

Hi There

I purchased a Guess Bracelet from one of your suppliers in Johannesburg, Edgars. However this bracelet unfortunately went missing. I then have been trying for months to try contact someone with regards to replacing it with an exact match as this is extremely important to me and has a lot of meaning. I have a picture of the bracelet; however the lack of caring from any of the reps I have approached has left me coming to Hello Peter. I am very irritated that no-one can direct me to how I can achieve this. Even though it might not be the most expensive item, it has huge sentimental value. I have always been a loyal customer and only bought guess products, although I find myself now very unimpressed with the after purchase services.

I would be extremely appreciative if I could resolve this. I will do anything to get this Bracelet back.

Please help, I love Guess products and do not want to stop purchasing from your brand.

I apologise for this poor experience.

This hellopeter account has been created to deal with complaints and compliments about the Guess retail stores. So unfortunately i cannot assist in this matter.
