| I have at least 5 guess handbags I love ur product n my husband usually buys me a guess handbag for my birthday and I am brand loyal. And to buy the real guess cost me at least R2000.00 in south africa but your handbag quality is going to the garbage. I savior my guess handbags and do not use it for everyday use. but I noticed the handbag handle treading are wearing out and I do not use it often enough my handbag is less than 6 months old. I wish a refund I tried to take it up with edgars but they said guess is the manufacturer and I should take it up you. I want a refund or an exchange. I will publish my comments until I receive a valid response from Guess. I think you are not worried about your consumer we paid a lot for your brand that is not even quality anymore my other Guess bags I have four years ago is in good condition. Hello luluja01, Hi Celeste, All our product has a 6 month warranty, as stipulated by the consumer protection act. Please can you take your bag through to the place that you purchased it, and ask them to quality assess it, please take your proof of purchase. If it is a manufacturing fault, and it falls within the warranty period they must replace/repair it. This poor service you are getting is from Edgars, and therefor needs to be taken up with them. please ask for the manager on duty.
