My girlfriend bought a Guess watch about a year ago, and the leather strap is starting to break and some of the crystals came loose. 14th Nov 2011 I phoned the Guess Workshop @ 0113726000 (got their number from [URL Removed] and they told me to send the watch with all my details to (should take about 3 weeks...) Guess Workshop 39 Angus Cresent Longmeadow East Business Park Modderfontein 1645 The package was sent 16/11/11 tracking nr: PE646404467ZA *21/11 Package arrived at Greenstone *21/11 Terance will go and check *22/11 Terance forgot to check, will ask driver to check and phone me back.Gave him my details *24/11 Terance apologised sent driver to wrong postoffice, will send him to Greenstone,will phone me back. *29/11 Terance apologised he forgot to send drive, will do so immediately will check and phone me back. Gave him my details *1/12 Driver collected parcels will check and phone me back. *5/12 Terance say driver was in an accident will check and phone me back.Gave him my cell nr. *6/12 Terance will get back to me, will check and phone me back. Gave him my cell. *9/12 Been trying from 8:30 to speak to Terance phone either engaged or it justs rings! PLZ HELP! Hardus |
