I WAS GIVEN A GUESS WATCH WITH A WHITE LEATHER STRAP FROM MY PARENTS. IT WAS BOUGHT FROM STERNS IN GALLERIA, IT WAS GIVEN TO ME JUST OVER A YEAR AGO IT HAS ALREADY BEEN FOR REPLACEMENT FOR THE STRAP BECAUSE IT WAS 4 MONTHS OLD AND THE STRAP WAS PEELING AND DISCOLORED. NOW ANOTHER 7 MONTHS LATER THE STONES ON THE FACE HAVE FALLEN OFF AND INSIDE THE FACE 'U' FROM THE WORD GUESS HAS FALLEN OFF AND IS ROLLING AROUND INSIDE THE WATCH. I LOVED THAT WATCH AND NOW I CANT WEAR IT BECAUSE IT LOOKS LIKE A FAKE AND FOR THE MONEY IT COST I THINK ITS TERRIBLE TO PAY SO MUCH MONEY FOR SOMETHING I HAVE ONLY BEEN ABLE TO WEAR FOR 6 MONTHS. THIS IS NOT WHAT WE EXPECT FROM SUCH A BIG BRANDED PRODUCT..... |

Hello stacey-heineco, Dear Stacey, I apologise for this frustration that you are experiencing. Guess watches have a 2 year guarantee on the movement of the watch. This covers the mechanism for 2 years. Unfortunately due to the nature of a watch being worn on the wrist, there is a lot of bumping on tables, rubbing on clothes, etc. and there for the strap or the digits on a Dial are not covered. If you like you can take your watch back to Sterns and they will be able to send it to S.Bacher (licensee) who will be able to fix it, unfortunately at a cost though.
