| Most of my guess jewellery that I have has peeled or tarnished. i do not use perfume as even the earrings and bracelet have done the same. Very disappointed!! | |||

Hello donjac, Hi Jacqueline, All our product has a 6 month warranty, as stipulated by the consumer protection act. Please can you take your jewellery through to the place that you purchased it, and ask them to quality assess it, please take your proof of purchase. If it is a manufacturing fault, and it falls within the warranty period they must replace/repair it. Some times the assessment time may take 7 days as it needs to be sent through to the supplier.
