SECOND POSTING ADDRESSING THIS ISSUE: Bought a pair of Jeans (Rocker Fit) from Menlyn store on 11/09/11. Today is 4 days later. (well, at the time of writing the original report it was) One day of wearing the pair and the one belt loop has come loose. At R599 these jeans should last longer. Really! I have much cheaper jeans that are in excess of two years old and still fine. This is ridiculous!! I do not require the jeans to be repaired. I need them replaced. End of story. I am not interested in hearing about an "exchanges on unused items only" policy as the stitching is definitely below par. Kindly advise where I can have these exchanged. |
