GUESS ITS BAD QUALITY AGAIN!

I have several Guess items in my cupboard, a fan? Yes I used to be....until the repeated bad quality has now made me turn to other brand names that last and equally expensive, so why stay and be loyal? I have four guess bags that I rotate amongst my other branded bags, I never compromise on quality with shoes or bags!

I bought a black Guess bag sometime ago and within the first three months the handle a started to fray, I had lost my slip and thought maybe it was just a bad sample I had the misfortune of landing up with;I continued to use it at night so not to waste it, it was over R600. then obviously being Guess driven again I our bought a black bag in July this year and explained to the lady in the luggage shop in Fourways what had previously happened to my last Guess bag, she suggested I take one which wouldn't have the propensity to unravel (one would think that in any event at a price of nearly a R1000, that that was part of the quality you were paying such a dear price

for!)I bought it reluctantly vs another brand that never compromised in quality! Well three months down and the whole internal stitching has come apart! So much so, my Guess is.. It was, Guess

Hi Karen,

I apologise for this poor experience.
This hellopeter account has been created to deal with Guess retail stores specifically. However the procedure is standard for all retailers.
All our product has a 6 month warranty, as stipulated by the consumer protection act. Please can you take your bag through to the place that you purchased it, and ask them to quality assess it, please take your proof of purchase. If it is a manufacturing fault, and it falls within the warranty period they must replace/repair it.
