Guess Handbag

I brought my Guess Handbag at Woodlands Shopping Centre at the Guess shop, for the price I paid I would say the quality is very poor, the handbag is genuine leather and already torns and really looks bad. I had many handbags that I brought for more than half the price cheaper and those handbags still looks very good.
I'm very dissapointed in the quality.

Hi Celeste,

All our product has a 6 month warranty, as stipulated by the consumer protection act. Please can you take your bag through to the place that you purchased it, and ask them to quality assess it, please take your proof of purchase. If it is a manufacturing fault, and it falls within the warranty period they must replace/repair it.
