Disappointed

My spouse was in bournemouth early this year and purchased a leather Guess handbag (11125199 VY272606) from a reputable store as a gift for me. He had spent quite an amount on this bag and therefore feel that it was necessary for me to bring this to your attention. I don't use the bag all the time but have since noticed that the shoulder strap is peeling and fraying, this is all along the strap. I also noticed that the flap of the bag has a big silver buckle that says GUESS and silver studs, the buckle and studs are changing colour, so the edges now show copper. I have always been a fan of the brand but have now been disappointed, what has happened to the quality. I need a suggestion on how to get this rectified.

Our handbags have a 6 month warranty on manufacturing defects. So if your purchase falls with in this period please take it back to the store that you purchased it from and exchange it or get a refund. you will need to take proof of purchase with you.
