I bought a t- shirt from guess factory outlet, gilroy. Later when I tried it again I realized I had picked up the wrong size while billing. I drove from daly city to gilroy ( 65 miles) to return or exchange the item. The salesperson refused to accept the return stating that the shirt smelled ciggarate/ coffee . I had not used the shir, it had the tag and even the size sticker on it and the receipt. The store in charge also supported him. I continuously insisted that they call a neutral person like any customer and the neutral person can decide if the t-shirt smells or not. They refused, they refused to call/ contact the store manager. They argued, insulted and were immensely rude. I immediately drove to Hayward guess factory store and they accepted the t- shirt and processed the refund. I was unbelievably insulted due to fancies and whims of the salesperson and in store ncharge. Had to waste time and energy to return a t-shirt. I am a loyal customer of guess that almost all my shopping is done from this store. I will ensure that I never visit guess again and am not meted out this kind of humiliating treatment again.
