| On the 5th November 2011 I purchased a Guess Shirt & a pair of jeans the short type, Saturday afternoon I wore the shirt and jeans and not even haviong the shirt on an hour, I noticed a hole, the Sunday morning I went to return the shirt and received another shirt, the monday I wore the jeans to work and while bending the pants not even being properly worn tore, I am astounded at the cost of these items and being my second time returning the item to Guess, I was told a pos manager and general manager will contact me, it is now the 15th November 2011 and no call from eith the 2 mmanagers. Paying nearly R 1, 000.00 for 2 items and retuning both, what happened to Quality> PLEASE HELP!!! | |||
