HEADLINE	Bad quality Guess Jeans
Bought 2 pairs of guess jeans at edgars. this was a while back got to wear them about 10 times and they faded so bad during the wash that u cant wear them anymore. Edgars dont wanna exchange them so what now. Be careful when spending 700 a pair of jeans there. Sorry guess dont know whats going on but your products used to be good, now made in china BAD QUALITY Add a new Guess Report Inappropriate report?

Hello siluro, Dear Juan, I apologise for this poor experience that you have had with your purchase. Guess jeans have been designed to fade and gain character with wear and wash. Having said that all products should have a 6 month warranty according to the consumer protection act. If your purchase is within this period, please will you take photo's and mail it to me at cjardim@busbyhouse.com. i will take it to the department that deals with quality assessment and get their recommendation. Then i will get back to you. This hellopeter site does not deal with any queries that are outside of Guess retail stores, however i will try assist as best i can. Kind regards Carlos
