| On the 9th of August 2011 I bought a little silver plated star charm made by Guess at a jewlery shop in the Centurion Mall. I had it attachec to a silver chain at an added cost because the link from the charm to the chain was not silver. I was happy to pay the extra money as I believes that because I had apparently bought a good quality designer item, that it was worth it. I had originaly wanted to buy a silver charm but because none was available I settled on a desiner item. Within a few weeks one of the little crystals had fallen out the charm (there were two) and now it has become unwearable as there is a ugly copper colour coming through. I haver in the past purchased silver plated jewlery that has lasted me for years. The charm that I bought cost the same, if not more than what a solid silver charm would have cost. I tried to get hold of the Guess suppliers to complain about the quality but to no availe, I cannot find a contact number or websire anywhere. Thanking you. Robyn | |||

Hello liverobyn, Hi Robyn, This hellopeter account has been created to deal with Guess retail stores. However i will try and help you as best i can. This sounds like it is a manufacturing fault. if it is, the store should give you a replacement or a credit. have you taken this bake to the store you purchased it from?
