| I ordered a pair of Guess shoes in my size at the Sandton branch.They told me it would take about a week and they will contact me.One week went past and no call, so I called, the guy said he checked it never arrived. Another week passed and so nobody called again, so I called. This went on for 3 weeks, eventually I went there, where they actually found my shoes,whichwas there waiting for 3 weeks already -evident on the little note spesifying the date of arrival. I asked what was going on why they didnt contact me where I was rudely brushed off. So I decided not to take the shoes,walked straight across into NINE WEST, where without asking I got excellent service and purchased to gorgeous pairs of shoes, after which I marched straight over to Guess and showed them what good service can get. Now in this day and age of recession, and a handful of people who can still afford expensive shoes, one would expect good service. That Guess has not disappointed me once, not twice, but I'm beyond fedup with their smirkey pushoff attitude, They wont see me again. | |||

Hello ranters, Thank you for bringing this to my attention. I will certainly take this up with the store management as we actually had a store incentive on footwear during this period. I am also accountable for Nine West, so I am very happy that your experience was a good one.
