On the 08th of October I purchased kiddies Jean and golf Shirt from Guess kids Gateway shop. the kids was not fitted with the jean in-store but only visually checked if the length will fit. Later that evening when i wanted to fit the kid with the jean i found that the button was broken. On the 09th of October i returned the jean to the shop for exchange. My exchange was compliant to their Exchange terms and conditions which states: Goods to be in original form, in original packaging, price tags still attached, within 10 days. All these condition were met, but they still refused as the sales person and the shop manager ( Sharleen and Nicci) who were VERY RUDE claimed/alleged that the jean may have been used. My question to the shop, where i sthe customer relation in situations like these? Did I Pay R499.00 for the item Iam not going to use. me and my family as well as friends SHALL NEVER buy a thing from that shop as they treat their custoomers like trash. |
