Guess Bad Quality

I bought a bracelet with a charm from Guess Canal Walk for R700 and within a week the silver came off the bracelets chain links.

I also bought A bag and wallet the same day and this too is falling apart

Is this fake goods or just **** quality

Dear Nolan,

Have you taken this product back to the store for it to be assessed as a manufacturing fault?

If you have not done this please do so. All our product has a 6 month warranty against manufacturing defects, as stipulated by the consumer protection act. However if you want it to be assessed you will need to take it into store with your proof of purchase. Please feel free to contact me directly at cjardim@busbyhouse.com.
