Bad quality jewelry

I bought a silver bracelet from Guess in September last year. It is now turning bronze and looks very cheap. I a very upset as this was a special gift, but it does not look very special anymore. I also bought 3 bracelets after this @ around R500 each, they are also all turning bronze. Very disappointed!!

Dear Lizelle,

Have you taken it back to the store that you purchased it from? if not please do so.
It is extremely important that you take your proof of purchase with you to validate the date of purchase. The store manager will get the supplier to evaluate the product and make a call whether or not this is a manufacturing fault. This procedure does however take a couple of days.
