On the 19th of December I bought an Edblo single base set from Greg's Beds Hillfox. The salesman called Vernon Wratten told me that my bed would definitely be delivered during the afternoon of the next day (20 Dec). We phoned Greg's Beds at 3:30 on the 20th because the bed had still not arrived. We told them that they had promised to deliver the bed that day but the guy on the phone insisted that we were wrong even though I have it written on my invoice that it would be delivered on the 20th in the afternoon. He said that he would have the bed delivered that afternoon and that he would phone us back in an hour to confirm it. He did of course not phone back so we phoned him again at around 5:00 and he promised that the bed was on its way to us but the bed is still not here. I am digusted by their dishonesty and lack of service and I will make sure I tell everyone I know not to buy a bed from them no matter what the outcome of this is. |

Hello johnsmith0, i have just spoken to our hillfox branch and they have informed me that youre bed was delivered to you just after 5 pm last night. I do apologize for the delay as i believe the truck was held up at another customer.Gregs beds strives at all times to provide fantastic service but unfortunately sometimes things go wrong. Please will u go to the hillfox store and collect a free mattress protector as a sign of our sincere regret that we have dissapointed you Thanks again for youre support and if there is anything that we can do for you in the future please dont hesitate to contact us king regards customer care |

| Quite Impressed: After a number of phone calls the bed was eventually delivered to me at around 5:30 in the afternoon. I was also offered a free mattress protector. I am very impressed with how quickly they responded to my problem. The only suggestion I would make is that they improve communication with a phone call or SMS about delayed deliveries. Even though I am happy that Greg's Beds solved my problem so quickly I still think Vernon's dishonesty is a problem and disciplinary action is required. | |||
