APPALLING SERVICE

This place is a shocker! When I visit a restaurant, I expect be offered a glass or cup for my drink. My two young daughters and I ordered 3 wrapps and 3 drinks, paid nearly R 150-00, and I asked if I could have 2 plastic cups for my daughters' cool drinks. 'No', I was told. I offered to buy 2 plastic cups. 'No' I was told. This is a disgrace - my young daughters were forced to drink from the bottle - our order was not a take-away, but we were seated in the restaurant. I was upset, and told the server that his restaurant's policy is a disgrace. He phoned his 'manager' (yeah, right) who told him to call Security which he did. Bring it on! Global Wrapps - you are a disgraceful and appaling organisation, and have no idea what it means to be in the service industry - MANAGE YOUR CUSTOMERS' EXPECTATIONS - if we order a dring with our food, we EXPECT a cup or glass. No wonder your business is slow - I hope you eventually close-down.
