Ive ordered a wrap at 09h40 for breakfast from the sandton city branch via Telephone. At 11h30 i still havent received any delivery or feedback. I then phoned the branch and asked how far they are and what the holdup is? They said that they sent out the driver 30minutes ago, and that they only start delivering from 10am. I then asked how its possible for my order to be almost 2 hours late and our offices are less than 10km away from the store. After phoning for a second time, the driver then phoned me and asked how to get to my office block. I think its absolutely ridiculous for a breakfast order to only come 2 hours later. It takes away the whole point of having breakfast. |
