Good day I would like to extend a compliment to a staff member in your team Ms Annah Moatshe in your CSA dept and is normally based at the Centurion station. I once had an extended query which prolonged for over a month and throughout all this time, Annah excelled in the service she gave me as a commuter of the Gautrain. From the very first minute she heard of my query, she was proactive, solution- driven and always followed up with me to give feedback.
