| I have been using this service for more than thee months now and in that time the buses has let me down countless times, this is a service we pay for and we are getting no service. I work in Midrand and stay in Pretoria so if these is no bus services then I need to spend additional money (for something I already paid for) to get from the station to work and back. This is not acceptable, we all have clients and we try our best to keep them satisfied but the lack of any compensation for no bus services or any planing what so ever to get the people from point A to B is just bad management. I would suggest fire all those **** employees and get someone else to manage the gaubuses. This is not the 1st time there is a strike with the gaubuses. How is this possible? it is causing a lot of frustration and extra costs to passengers. | |||
