Unfair!!

I bought a 7 day pass on 08/01/2011. it has a start of validity date (08/01/2011) and end of validity date (22/01/2011). This is on card serial number 1317034987. I only boraded the train on 09/01/2011 adn due to the driver strike have been unable to goon the train again as the feeder bus from Sandton to Randburg has not been available at the time I knock off (after 5pm) So i used my car instead. However this morning I was shocked to be told my pass had expired after only one ride!! Why then have the validity / expiry date as 22/01/2011 on the receipt when infact it expired on 15/01/2011. I am extremely appaled at this loss of R400 for nothing. Please have the correct dates on the slip as this is misleading and i have lost R400 for nothing in this hard month of January!! Please get back to me and let me know if u can assist in some way
