| I use the Train and bus everyday from Pretorai to Midrand and back. This morning I attempted to board the bus @stop #10 on the P2 - CBD inner route. My card flashed red on the swipe terminal and the error message read "Invalid Card". I tried it a few more times and the bus driver just abruptly told me to leave. I asked him if I can board and have this sorted @the station since there are no other terminals where this can be done remotely and he told me that I have insufficient funds, but I replied that when a card has insufficient funds it returns a message that says "Insufficient funds", not "invalid Card" as mine was saying. He replied that I should not tell him what to do in "His" company. So I asked why he is not reading the message and assuming that I don't have suffient credit. He just rudely told me to leave and walk to the station. He is the same bus driver who lets a certain woman board the bus @stop #3 in the evening (18:00 bus) without a Gautrain card, almost everyday. This woman does not spot any uniform so we can't assume she is staff. The bus driver's name is Manas or Manase. If you have rules enforce them uniformely. All this after a bus strike and no apology aferward | |||
